In the past 12 months,\u00a0house prices in Lisbon grew<\/strong>\u00a020,4%<\/strong>\u00a0and the growth is not expected to slow down by the end of this year.\u00a0Quite the opposite. Since July 2016 that house prices in Portugal, mainly in Lisbon and Porto, only have one direction.<\/p>

The weather, safety, food, hospitality, reasonable prices, diversity and all the awards that Portugal and Lisbon are receiving (like the best country in Europe for a foreigner to live<\/a>) contribute to this rise in prices, which has already made Lisbon one of the most interesting cities to invest.<\/p>

The number of tourists continues to rise, exceeding national records, at the same pace as there is a greater demand for hotels, apartments for short time rentals and houses to buy.<\/p>

There are also a lot of famous that decided to invest or even live in Lisbon, like Madonna, Michael Fassbender, Monica Bellucci, Christian Louboutin, \u00c9ric Cantona, Garrett Mcnamara, Phil Collins or Jonh Malkovich, for example.<\/p>
